My wedding music piece of the week is the well known jazz standard  ‘I got rhythm’ composed by George Gershwin. The song comes from the musical ‘Girl Crazy’ and has become a very popular  tune in the jazz repertoire since its publication in 1930. The Lochrian Ensemble has a wonderful foot tapping string quartet arrangement of this piece by Carlo Martelli which we particularly enjoy playing at wedding receptions.
